Definitely a Tortricinae, but I don't think its Capua intractana. It seems to be a male (see antennae in image 2), and male C. intractana have a distinctive forewing pattern as in the Butterfly House photo. Many Tortricidae have costal bands like these (as long as we're looking at the same thing).
