Found by Lucy Wenger, Umbagong Landcare Group. This area was Hazard Reduction Burnt in 2015.

Could be a sun orchid. They are pretty hard to distinguish until they start producing buds.

It could also be a Calochilus, so worth keeping an eye on it.

Confirmation based on size and colour of the leaves in relation to other Thelymitra and Calochilus that were shown to me when I visited several months ago.
