This area was Hazard Reduction Burnt in 2015.

Could be a sun orchid. They are pretty hard to distinguish until they start producing buds.

Thanks very much Matt....we're hoping there's enough forage for the roos that the orchids will survive long enough to bud-up!

Confirmation based on size and colour of the leaves in relation to other Thelymitra and Calochilus that were shown to me when I visited several months ago.
