Hi Mike - the damselfly itself is very overexposed (due to the darker background) but this appears to be a male Inland Ringtail. Not a common species in ACT, but this season there have been a number of records from widespread isolated 'farm' dams across the various CNP reserves of southern Canberra. Nice addition to this set.

Thanks Harvey. I almost didn't bother with the sighting because it was overexposed, but it was one of my few insect records.
