Possibly Brachyscome spathulata. Needs a side on photo of the whole plant and a godd photo of the leaves. A side on photo of a flower so that the bracts round the base of te flower head would also be helpful.

Yes definitely quite plausible in that area, doesn;t look like B. spathulata (or any of the other options I can think of atm).
