I don't think this is Bidens pilosa, having seen 100's of them recently. I don't have botanical words to describe exactly. The flowers are not typical. The leaves and leaf arrangement are not right.

It's definitely not Bidens pilosa as it has simple leaves (Bidens leaves are 3-5-lobed). It looks a bit like Galinsoga parviflora.
