That one is a puzzle. The dorsal tufts and pair of head hair pencils look like Lymantriinae, but the absence of glands on the 2 penultimate segments is against that. Some Arctini and Thaumetopoeinae, have the pair of head pencils, and some Lasiocampidae have hair moustaches, so, please, take it into protective custody, and rear it to get an adult moth. We have a much better chance of identifying that.
