I believe it is agrocybe praecox but really don't know much about this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have no intention of consuming it.

It went straight in the bin. Its actually sitting on a dog poop scoop. I have little kids or I might have left it alone.

If I'm correct in the identification my understanding is they're edible but maybe not so tasty.
