Thanks Michael I tried to indicate Psyllidae sp. but there's no button unless I add a species which is unknown. Is there a way to add it to a family?

We do use family names in our list of "species", so the name was present on the list:
Psyllids, lerps, aphids & whiteflies (Hemiptera, several families)
