This is a Proteuxoa species. It seems to match an undescribed species that has been recorded on Black Mountain a few times.

Yes, looks like a species which according to MoV has been recorded on Black Mt and at Bright Victoria (i.e ;high countrf') which Moths of Victoria Part 9 identifies as Proteuxoa sp.(7) - but to my eye also looks like a sandy-coloured (i.e not grey) version of P. capularis although the orbicular spot is very faint.
