One of the trees marked for removal due to widening of burra road. I think it's a peppermint.

Hmm... I went past again today and took some photos of the fruits and leaves which aren't like melliodora. These are added above. Pruinose juvenile leaves..

Thanks Alex - Euc goniocalyx is another possibility but I am pretty sure that it is E. nortonii
