It might be H. honestus but there are at least two other possibilities. The face marks are very important for identifying hylaeine bees.

Ahh ok. It was on my window and I didn't want to distress it so let it out quick smart. I believe it had no face markings at all. But you know how memories are... Fallible.

If there were no face marks, then my suggestion would be Amphylaeus nubilosellus or Amphylaeus obscuriceps.
