Of the 26 species listed on BOLD of Iphierga, only I. chrysophaes occurs near ACT, and 4252941 does not look at all like the image of I. chrysophaes on BOLD. Most of the BOLD images of Iphierga sp. have a set of coloured scales on the head, which 4252941 does not have.
There are however some similar Lepidoscia sp., eg L. euryptera and L. annosella,
which do resemble 4252941 and occur near ACT.
