Not the same echidna as sighting 4249083, about 20 metres away a few minutes earlier. This was a smaller, lighter-coloured animal, eg compare beaks. It was initially drinking from a small puddle (photo 5, from distance), then scratching itself (photo 2) before setting off uphill. It did not seem to follow the other echidna.
