I assume this is a rust fungus forming galls on a species of Acacia and looking at the bark in the second image it is probably Acacia implexa. If so, and then it produces three teliospores per pedicel (not one or two) it is probably Uromycladium implexae otherwise Uromycladium sp. I might see if I can get to the site location and have a closer look - on a cooler relatively smoke free day - so not this week.

I have confirmed the host tree as Acacia implexa (sighting 4263576) and the relevant microscopic details of the fungal galls are consistent with Uromycladium implexae (see sighting 4263577).
