I'm quite sure that this isn't a house spider: the carapace looks like a wolf spider but I can't find any images of individuals with a similar abdomen and the placement of the eyes don't seem to fully match. So it seems to me that it's a prowling spider, but I haven't been able to find a species which would match yet...maybe Miturga lineata??
