I agree it's a Pyralidae or Crambidae, but ANIC Achyra nigrirenalis specimens are all from WA, light brown and a different pattern.

Barcoding has a specimen of Achyra nigrirenalis from ACT in

which is why I suggested it.
Whatever it is, it looks like a melanic form, and I am having trouble discerning much pattern.

Yes, the Centre for Biodiverstity Genomics people caught some Achyra in the ACT and apparently concluded from their barcodes that they are A. nigrirenalis. It could be that ANIC's interpretation of that species is too narrow. I can see some specimens under A. affinitalis that look rather like the A. nigrirenalis specimens. But I still don't see any Achyra specimens that seem to match this photo.

I don't think the palpi are quite right, and the fw transverse lines aren't at the right angles, for U. ornithopteralis.
