The yellow rather than orange colour, the grey cilia at the termen and the long palpi suggest Telocharacta. I'm wrestling with the difference between T. metachroa and T. hemicroca.

May not be Eulechria electrodes , but it is similar. Seems to be paler and have a distinct dark outer margin to the forewing.
