Probably not. If you are using the VICFLORA key, gaudichaudii has leaves, stipules, and bracts in the flower clusters developing glandular cells. I can see no evidence of this in your photo. The Plantnet key requires that the leaf-like stipules be 3/4 the length or less of the leaves. In your photo the leaves and leaf-like stipules in each whorl appear to be about the same length, which would again rule out gaudichaudii.
