There was a single adult green planthopper with these nymphs, but I didn't put two and two together at the time...

Thanks Harvey. I did suspect Siphanta acuta or something similar but I wasn't certain. Happy to confirm based on the green planthopper you saw, as these nymphs match the description/photos available. Good have these photos on CNM for ID purposes.
