I cannot identify this caterpillar. This insect was on a fly screen. I had noticed it crawling up the fly screen earlier in the day and later on when I had my camera, saw it was still on the fly screen, although facing downwards, but not descending. I noticed what I believed was silk in the photograph near the head of the caterpillar. I thought it may be getting ready to build a cocoon but after checking on it for a few days there was no cocoon nor had it moved its position.
