Yellow and red flowers on same plant. Garden escape, in weedy disturbed area.

I presume the leaves are opposite each other. It is hard to tell from your photos. Recorded as Doubtfully naturalised in the ACT Plant Census 2017, so a specimen to the herbarium would be a good idea.
