This poor dragonfly ended up in the water and despite desperate attempts to free itself, its wings were stuck to the water. I was on the bridge over the lake so could not save it. It eventually became dinner for a Dusky Moorhen. My battery decided to die just before that moment so I missed it, sad though it was.
A second dragonfly was seen shortly after.
