Newly emerged teneral dragonfly, soft shell and virtually no colour.

Hi John - I suspect this is probably a teneral Blue Skimmer, but there is just not enough to go on, particularly given the wing venation is difficult to decipher as the fore and hind wings are overlapping so much, for me to be comfortable calling it.
