No, she is carrying pollen on the hind leg. The colour and shape are not uncommon and I think it is just possible to see the dense hair covering the eye. I don't recognise the flower so I can't comment on the size, except to note that she is larger than the male megachild that was visiting the same plant.

I keep bees and this colour and shape of honeybee is quite common in my experience.
