I think the forewings are too variable to tell H. armigera from H. puntigera. Without seeing the hindwing margin, one just cannot tell them apart.

I suggested H. punctigera based on other images on CNM. Have added another image of the same moth which shows a tad more of the hindwing margin - don't know if it's enough though.
