Looks like Cassinia sifton (previously known as Cassinia arcuata); see Orchard, A.E. (2017), A revision of Cassinia (Asteraceae: Gnaphalieae) in Australia. 7. Cassinia subgenus Achromolaena. Australian Systematic Botany 30(4): 358-363.
