Most probabaly Doratifera spp. but I don't think I can rule out D. quadriguttata because it seems that species may show either 4 spots or 2 spots only on the forewing. D . caspa is said to be similar also in the adults however I'm not convinced D. caspa has two spotted forewings because the evidence I've seen online seems equivocal on that point.

I think the adults of D. casta and D. quadriguttata are superficially indistinguishable.
I think 'Doratiferea species' is a better identification.
