This is considered to be a rare plant in the ACT, but CNM records are showing that this is probably not the case - great to see that it is growing in a constructed wetland
User's notes
Occurring only in in-flowing area to Watson Billabong (constructed wetland); was there also last growing season.

I suspect either:
accidental planting ie present in soil around plants that were planted;
Or: wash in from someone's pond in the adjacent suburb.
