Sorry, I was on my way to work so I only had a point-and-shoot camera so the photos are not great. There were at least 100 of these flying foxes flying around these trees with some of the animals landing in the upper parts of the trees. I think I could identify some lighter coloured young in the photos. This is the first time I have seen the flying foxes active here at 7:30 AM even though I cycle past here every weekday. The noise made them very obvious. There were a lot of preparations for Australia Day happening around them and it was about 18 degrees at that time so unsure if those factors had disturbed them.
