The photo doesn't show enough to be certain, but it is consistent with Stericta carbonalis.

My concern was the head looked different in shape and the white markings were not all right for this species, suggesting to me it might be a mimic.

The white leg joints and salient points on the crescent look good. The head could be angled down and foreshortened perhaps?
The pale spots along the costa are quite variable in the BOLD specimens. A costal bulge is evident in only some of the BOLD photos. Is that gender specific?
