I suspect this is a leaf-Eating lady Beetle. Happy to be corrected however

Looking at the spot spanning both wings, I think Michael is right in that this is the common spotted ladybird.

I agree, Harmonia conformis. The black markings on both the elytra and pronotum are smaller than usual for this species. Epilachna are never shiny like this, as they have a coating of very fine hairs.
