According to a recent paper published this year with updates to Hypoblemum (previously many species were just clumped into H. albovittatum or H. villosum) and through using the descriptions and photos in the paper, this individual is a female Hypoblemum griseum. The section on females starts from page 26 in the link at the top of the comment.
