I would not like to say whether this is Polygonum aviculare or Polygonum arenastrum from photos. Arenastrum has all the leaves of similar size, and the coloured part of the flower divided for about half its length, tapering gradually to the base. Aviculare has branch leaves (whatever that means) about half the size of the stem leaves, and the coloured part of the flower divided for about two thirds of its length, tapering abruptly below the nut.
