I am fairly sure of this ID. The flowers are spot on, and from what I could see of the leaves not too bad. This species likes it moist. Could this site have been moist while the plant was growing eg a depression?

the plants grow adjacent to a little dam (see nearby sightings below); there was water flowing over the surface after last rain; very moist indeed.
