Not sure what happened to it. Stranded on the ground and putting up a feeble defence with cockatoos, magpies and miners mobbing it. No obvious external injuries. Barely responsive when I picked it up, was unresponsive/dead within 30seconds-1min of handling. Possibly died of stress, or internal injuries???

Thanks Roy looks like a young one - maybe failed its first flight or was pulled out of hollow by predator such as brown Goshawk
