Mike - is this a new known location for this species?

Yes, it is Michael, first time Ive looked for them. Was a great sunny day yesterday and found quite a few in various north /west facing grassland areas of Brooks Ck. Its about 11km south east (as the moth flies) from the nearest known population (Mcleods creek NR). Looking at the records online it seems to be the eastern most location theyve been found, and also the first records for the Lake George escarpment/ area. Its also quite high elevation c. 730m

There are some fantastic open grassy woodlands in the Crown land along the top of the escarpment just east of this location (can see in the sat image) itd be worth surveying there as its really close.
