The palpi show that this is an Oecophoridae. It probably won't be easy to track down.

If the photo shows a black costa lined on the inside with white, Its not Artiastis ptochopa. More likely to be in Philobota group.

Philobota stella is closer, but there are other local Philobota spp with a black costa bounded on the inside by a white streak. This one seems to have a "splinter" in the dark costa which I haven't been able to match. I think Philobota sp is as far as we can go.
