It could be Wahlenbergia communis. I cannot really decide which of the leaves in your photo of the base of the plant belong to the sighting, However none of them have frilly edges, which rules out Wahlenbergia stricta.

Thanks Rosemary for posting several photos - given the leaves and flower shape I am pretty sure this is Wahlenbergia communes
