Without a photo of the lower part of the stem, it is not possible to say which species of Chrysocephalum this is. Please make it a routine that you photograph the whole plant and at least two leaves on a stem clear enough to see the hairs, if any, with every sighting, In many cases side on and front in photos of a flower are necessary for an ID.
