The labial palpi and general appearance say it is an Oecophoridae. Is it another Baraea codrella?

I think the white markings along the forewing costa are incompatible with Stenomatinae, and more compatible with a Barea species, but the pale subcostal streak is puzzling. Is that perhaps an artifact of the lighting?
