I don’t think that this is Galium, which has whorled or opposite leaves. My first impression was Rumex, but it does not appear to have membranous ochreas at the bases of the leaf stalks. Sharp photos good enough to show details are needed for an ID plus a closeup of a flower or two. When I blow up this photo, everything is blurred.
