Seems to match Micromus better. Stenosmylus has a slightly pointed apex to the wing, Micromus has it rounded. An important distinction is that Osmylidae (e.g. Stenosmylus) have ocelli, whereas Hemerobiidae (e.g. Micromus) don't, but that kind of detail is not visible in these images.
