Probably Mucroseris, though at this altitude it will be walteri, which as a rule of thumb in the ACT occurs at under 1000 m altitude. However there are several genera of weedy daisies with flower heads quite like this. You really need a photo of leaves to tell. Or of the typical drooping flower buds.
