The stellate tufts on the leaves remind me of Correa but just a wild guess really

I am fairly sure it is a stringybark seedling. The stellate hairs are typical of juvenile leaves of that group. However it is not all that like the photos of juvenile leaves in http://keyserver.lucidcentral.org:8080/euclid/data/02050e02-0108-490e-8900-0e0601070d00/media/Html/Eucalyptus_macrorhyncha_subsp._macrorhyncha.htm
