The stems look too lax to be Hibbertia. Someone might recognise it on sight. Otherwise wait till it flowers.

It has the typical leaf shape and colour of Hibbertia.

The leaf shape and colour are fine for Hibbertia obtusifolia. It is the straggliness and general habit of the plant that is atypical. There are chenopods that have that general look, and leaves like that.
