I was going to call this Verbena bonariensis based on descriptions and photos in Weeds of the South-East but I see this is not correct for the ACT and NSW. I am thoroughly confused, having tried to interpret APNI and the Review of Verbena https://data.environment.sa.gov.au/Content/Publications/JABG20P021_Munir.pdf.
