Rentinus seems a better match than Eurinopsyche, going by the images and stated geographical distribution given at at http://www1.dpi.nsw.gov.au/keys/fulgor/fulgorid/index.html. The two genera each have only a single species in Australia.
Murray (who did that NSW Agriculture page on Fulgoridae) says this: I would call that Rentinus dilatatus. However, there are numerous undescribed species of both genera and their generic limits will only be clarified after somebody looks at the fauna comprehensively. Hopefully Jerome Constant will get to this group eventually although he appears to mainly publishing on the Fulgoridae of SE Asia and the Australian Eurybrachidae.
