Nice photo thanks Boots, plants seems to be a Chinese Elm , Suzi Bond's book states that there is a record of females laying eggs on Chinese Elm so I wonder if that was what was happening in this case?

Thanks Michael. It took a few attempts on my iPhone while walking our 3 large dogs (all trying to go in just as many directions at the time). Shame I didn't have one of my cameras with me. It was difficult to tell as it was quite flitty and moving all over the place. The impatient pups made sure I had to cut my nature observation short. Oh well...
