Not macrorhyncha. It is not a stringybark, and nor are the buds long enough. The species name macrorhyncha means ‘big nose’. I am not good enough on eucs to say what it might be. Unfortunately the interactive key, Euclid 3, is almost impossible to use with Windows 10, and Euclid 4 has not yet been released.
Actually i almost didn't upload this one because i wasn't sure. There were i think argyle apples nearby (one is a locally endemic species) and peppermints and it was all very confusing.
