Unless a moderator recognises it on sight, you will have to wait till it flowers. It is a shrubby leafless member of the family Santalaceae, Exocarpos strictus, Choretrum, or Leptomerianare the most likely. I do not think it is Omphacomeria, which has lustrous resinous stems.
